From Burnout to Balance: Nervous System Reset

If you feel constantly tired, overwhelmed, or stuck in “survival mode,” this class is for you because burnout lives in your nervous system. In this transformative experience, I will guide you to gently reset your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with a sense of safety, energy, and balance. You will discover that your exhaustion isn't a sign of weakness, but a signal from your body that it is ready for a deeper kind of rest. Together, we will shift from simply trying to keep up with life to actually feeling alive and present in it again.

This class goes beyond surface-level wellness. You will learn how your nervous system truly works, how stress impacts your body and emotions, and most importantly, practical tools to regulate it in real time. We will explore simple yet powerful techniques including breathwork, body-based awareness, emotional regulation, and mindful habits that you can integrate into your daily life even if you’re busy. By the end of this journey, you will feel more grounded, resilient, and in control of your energy. You will walk away with a personalized “reset toolkit” to help you move from burnout to a state of calm, clarity, and sustainable performance both personally and professionally. My approach is deeply personal. After a near-death experience in 2021, my understanding of health and resilience transformed completely, and I teach what I have lived. With over 18 years of experience in physiotherapy, integrative nutrition, emotional regulation, and corporate wellness, I bring a holistic and practical method that bridges science, body, and lived experience. The class is live and interactive, creating a safe and supportive space where you can learn, practice, and ask questions. Each session includes guided exercises, real-life applications, and moments of reflection. You don’t need any prior experience just a willingness to show up for yourself.

I’m a holistic health coach , physiotherapist and yoga teacher specializing in burnout, resilience, and nervous system regulation. I work with individuals and corporate teams to support sustainable energy, balance, and performance. Today, I teach what I’ve lived because I believe true transformation must be lived, embraced deeply, and shared, so its light can reach beyond yourself.
